1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹500. For orders below ₹500, a nominal shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied.
  • Express Shipping: If you need your order faster, we offer express shipping at an additional charge of ₹150, regardless of the order value.

3. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST will be processed the following business day.

4. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: Orders typically take 3-7 business days to reach their destination after being processed and dispatched.
  • Express Delivery: Orders typically take 1-3 business days to reach their destination after being processed and dispatched.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the location and during peak seasons or holidays.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order directly from your account on our website.

6. Packaging

  • We ensure that all products are packed securely to prevent any damage during transit. If you receive a package that appears to be tampered with or damaged, please contact our customer service immediately.

7. Delivery Issues

  • If there is an issue with your delivery (e.g., lost, delayed, or incorrect items), please reach out to our customer service team. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. P.O. Boxes

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a complete residential or commercial address for delivery.

9. Changes to Shipping Address

  • If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Address changes can only be accommodated before the order has been dispatched.

10. Non-Deliverable Packages

  • In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or after failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to re-send the package.

11. International Shipping

  • As mentioned, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Please stay tuned for updates, as we may expand our shipping destinations in the future.
